Who are CFM Catering?
CFM Catering is a family run Waterford based business which was founded by Michele O’Brien Ellis in 2004 and has been trading as a limited company since 2008.
Edward Ellis then joined the business in 2016.
CFM catering draws upon a core team of key, trained and experienced chef’s, kitchen staff who provide an exemplary service.
What do we do?
We pride ourselves in our brand offering of “fabulously rustic” “home cooked” food and a comprehensive range of healthy meals.
We prepare daily hot meals, using fresh seasonal vegetables, as well as offering vegetarian and vegan meals. We offer and provide a comprehensive range of menus for special dietary needs such as gluten intolerance.
Who do we provide for?
CFM has been in the catering business for over twenty years. We supply school meals, operate canteens and cater private and corporate events.
